Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNFine marketing website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. It explains what data is processed, why it is processed, and what requests users may make. Account and billing data are handled separately from network access content. The no-logs policy does not mean that order records, account status, or data balances are not stored.

Account Data and How It Is Used

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Accordingly, a registration email address is not required data for this service. The account system processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, and login credentials for authentication, maintaining sessions, and managing subscriptions. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets, and do not submit your password or complete subscription credentials.

Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction identifier, data balance, and refund processing information. They are used to provide the service, verify payments, resolve disputes, and honor the 30-day refund policy. Details and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used only to address the issue concerned; please redact other account information from screenshots first.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNFine does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history, or retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. We do not create persistent connection logs linking accounts, source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times.

Temporary state required to maintain an active connection is used only while that connection is being handled and is released when the connection ends; it is not retained as history. Cumulative data usage and balances needed for billing are account usage records and do not include destinations. Troubleshooting primarily uses aggregated operational information. Diagnostic materials voluntarily submitted by users are handled as support ticket data and are not used for ongoing tracking of browsing activity.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral channels, device and browser categories, and entry-point clicks. This helps identify page errors and improve content and workflows. These analytics concern interactions with the marketing website and are not used to record other websites accessed through subscription routes. Analytics data should not contain passwords, login credentials, or subscription details.

Cookies and local storage are used for login status, security checks, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use related technologies to identify sessions. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or reselect your preferences. Clearing browser data does not also delete account or order records on our servers.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider or network, and their own rules apply to how they collect and process payment information. VPNFine receives transaction identifiers, payment results, and related amounts as needed to verify orders. Users are not required to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Relevant data is processed or disclosed only to complete payments, provide necessary support, or meet applicable legal obligations, and only to the extent required for the relevant purpose. Payment records may be retained independently by payment providers; a deletion request submitted to VPNFine does not replace a request to a third party.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained as required to process transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Support ticket and analytics data is deleted or de-identified once the relevant purpose has been fulfilled. This policy does not promise one fixed retention period; identifiable data is not kept after the reasons for retaining it no longer apply.

Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data, or to close your account. We verify account ownership before processing a request to prevent accidental deletion. Unresolved transaction matters or legal retention requirements may limit the scope of deletion; we will explain the reason when processing your request. Any residual data in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not restored for routine business use.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be communicated through a website announcement or notice in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, updating this policy does not replace that consent. If you have questions about this policy or want to know the basis for retaining specific data, submit a request through the user panel.

See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Refund Policy for information about refunds.
